In summary, we will research your competition and find optimal keywords, analyze your existing website, and find your current ranking and linkage status.  Then, we will optimize the source code and layout of your website, make any necessary changes needed to optimize for the search engines, and perform all necessary work to get your website ready for submission.

Each month, we will continue to make the necessary updates to your website based on our analysis of the previous month's progress. The Basics - how we get started with this plan:

~ Choose 10-15 keyword phrases that you feel are most important to your website, (for example, "milwaukee web design").

Next, we will do the research regarding what similar keywords and phrases are commonly used by real people searching for these kinds of items and services. These will be added to the list of keyphrases that we optimize your website for, roughly 30-40 phrases total.

We will use every tool at our disposal with the goal of getting you listed within the top 10 results for at least 50% of those terms (in Google, Yahoo, and MSN) within 12 Months. If for some reason it takes longer than the stated time, then you don't pay anything extra. We will keep working on your project until you have the results you want.

Most of our clients are actually listed in the top 10 results for 80% or more of their keyword phrases.

*please note* All keyword and keyphrase choices must be approved by us before the project begins. If a term is too broad (for example, the term "internet") then we will review your website and suggest more realistic key terms and phrases.

~We will keep you updated with comprehensive monthly site submission and search engine ranking reports. You will receive an initial report showing where you stand at the beginning of the project. Reports are hand created every other month after that.  One of our Search Engine Experts will personally review your website's progress and inform you when they have compiled your report.
